Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with BORNXCREATE. Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.
Production and Processing Times
Many BORNXCREATE products, including select footwear styles, limited-release items, and custom products, are made to order. Made-to-order items are produced after your purchase is placed and may require additional time before shipment.
Made-to-order footwear and custom items typically require approximately 4–6 weeks for production and processing before shipment. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary based on order volume, production schedules, material availability, holidays, quality control, and other factors outside of our control.
Ready-to-ship items, when available, are typically processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping time begins after your order has completed production, passed processing, and been transferred to the shipping carrier. Production time and carrier transit time are separate.
Delivery estimates displayed at checkout are provided by the shipping carrier and refer to transit time only. These estimates do not include production or processing time for made-to-order items unless expressly stated.
Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier volume, customs processing, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond BORNXCREATE’s control.
Extended Production Timelines
Because made-to-order products are produced specifically for each customer, extended timelines may occur. By purchasing a made-to-order item, you acknowledge that your order may take several weeks to complete before shipment.
If a significant production delay occurs, BORNXCREATE will make reasonable efforts to provide updates when available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives and scans your package.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. BORNXCREATE is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If you need to request an address correction, please contact us immediately at support@bornxcreate.shop. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been placed, processed, sent into production, or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. BORNXCREATE is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost in transit, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to begin an investigation. You may also contact us at support@bornxcreate.shop, and we will assist where possible.
International Shipping
If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.
International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs inspections, local carrier processing, or import regulations.
Order Cancellations
Because many BORNXCREATE items are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once placed, except where required by applicable law or approved by BORNXCREATE in writing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@bornxcreate.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the matter.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local law requires a cancellation, refund, replacement, or other remedy, BORNXCREATE will comply with those requirements.
