All purchases from BORNXCREATE are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law or where we approve a resolution for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Please review your order carefully before checkout, including the product, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and billing information. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your order is final.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, duplicate orders, delays outside of our control, or any other reason unrelated to a verified product issue.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at support@bornxcreate.shop within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review your claim, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. If the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another resolution at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items
All items are non-returnable unless otherwise required by law. This includes, but is not limited to, sale items, limited-release items, custom products, personalized products, made-to-order products, gift cards, and items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds
Refunds are not provided unless required by law or approved by us due to a verified defective, damaged, or incorrect item. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local law requires a return, refund, cancellation, or other remedy, we will comply with those requirements.
